PATIENT AND CARER FEEDBACK

The survey is being undertaken by the East London and Essex Haemoglobinopathy 

Co-ordinating Centres (HCC).

The Network would really appreciate it if you can take part in the survey that takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

The survey responses will be collected and used for internal review within the Network in order to improve patient experience.
